¡Hemos tenido un maravilloso comienzo del nuevo año escolar! Fue una gran alegría dar la bienvenida a nuestros estudiantes la semana pasada—¡y qué sorpresa ver cuánto han crecido durante el verano!

Un recordatorio rápido: por favor devuelvan su paquete de inscripción lo antes posible, y no olviden incluir una dirección de correo electrónico actual. Esto nos ayuda a mantenerlos informados sobre noticias y eventos importantes a lo largo del año.

Este viernes a la 1:00 p.m. en el gimnasio, daremos inicio a nuestra primera recaudación de fondos del año con Believe Kids. ¡Todos son bienvenidos a asistir, y espero verlos allí! Estén atentos al folleto que llegará a casa esta semana, junto con un enlace por correo electrónico para que puedan comenzar temprano. Los estudiantes tendrán muchas oportunidades de ganar premios divertidos, ¡y habrá muchos artículos excelentes para comprar!

Recordatorios:

¡La asistencia importa!
¡Cada día cuenta! La asistencia regular es clave para el éxito de los estudiantes. Si su hijo necesita faltar, recuerde que ofrecemos Estudio Independiente por hasta 15 días al año. Esto permite a los estudiantes recuperar el trabajo y mantenerse al día. Llame a la oficina para saber cómo su hijo puede participar.

Procedimientos de llegada
Preescolar, TK y Kindergarten: Los estudiantes pueden ser dejados directamente en sus salones a partir de las 7:45 a.m.

Grados 1–6: Los estudiantes deben formarse con su clase frente a la oficina.

Desayuno: La cafetería abre a las 7:30 a.m. para todos los estudiantes.

Procedimientos de salida
Preescolar, TK y Kindergarten: Los estudiantes deben ser recogidos en sus salones de clase.

Grados 1–6: Los estudiantes deben ser recogidos frente a la escuela. Por razones de seguridad, por favor no espere en el patio de recreo ni fuera de los salones. Los maestros acompañarán a los estudiantes a la salida.

 Dear Families,

We’re off to a wonderful start to the new school year! It was such a joy to welcome our students back last week—and oh my, how much they’ve grown over the summer!

A quick reminder: please return your Back-to-School paperwork as soon as possible, and don’t forget to include a current email address. This helps us keep you informed about important updates and events throughout the year.

This Friday at 1:00 p.m. in the gym, we’ll kick off our first fundraiser of the year with Believe Kids! Everyone is welcome to attend, and I hope to see you there. Be on the lookout for a flyer coming home this week, along with an email link so you can get started early. Students will have plenty of opportunities to earn fun prizes, and there will be lots of great items to purchase!

Reminders:

Attendance Matters
Every day counts! Regular attendance is key to student success. If your child needs to miss school, remember that we offer Independent Study for up to 15 days per year. This allows students to make up work and stay on track. Please call the office to learn how your child can participate.

Drop-Off Procedures

• Preschool, TK, and Kindergarten: Students may be dropped off directly at their classrooms beginning at 7:45 a.m.
  
  

• Grades 1–6: Students should line up with their class in front of the office.
  
  

• Breakfast: The cafeteria opens at 7:30 a.m. for all students.
  
  

Pick-Up Procedures

• Preschool, TK, and Kindergarten: Students must be picked up at their classrooms.
  
  

• Grades 1–6: Students must be picked up in front of the school. For safety reasons, please do not wait on the playground or outside the classrooms. Teachers will walk students down for dismissal.
